2022-2023 Competition Team

 The Dance Place Studio Company is our competitive dance team for dancers ages 6+. Auditions for The Company are held each year in the summer. Company dancers spend the fall learning choreography for their solos and specialty dances. Dancers who are a part of our competition team will also have the option to enroll in special weekly classes focusing on technique and learning group choreography. The choreography learned in these classes will compete and perform in our annual recitals.

Our competition team attends two regional competitions and a national event each season.

Members of The Company make a year-long commitment to the team. Dancing multiple hours each week, our company dancers genuinely have a passion for dance. Our dancers learn more than dance. They understand the value of hard work while creating lifelong friendships and memories.
